Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivered an important speech at a grand gathering held to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province, Oct. 14, 2020. The Party Committee of GUST organized all party officials, teachers and students, party members and active applicants to watch the live broadcast by a combination of group watching and individual watching.
The Lecture Hall on the 7th floor of the library at Nancheng Campus, and the Lecture Hall 101 of the No. 6 Laboratory Building of the Songshan Lake Campus are open for teachers and students to watch the live broadcast of the grand gathering. Wu Nianxiang, Deputy Secretary of the school Party Committee and Vice President of GUST, Liang Ruixiong, Deputy Secretary of the school Party Committee and President of GUST, Zhao Huihua, member of the school Party Committee and Vice President of GUST, Deng Zhixiong, member of the school Party Committee and Vice President of GUST, as well as school party cadres, teachers and students, and active applicants of the school Party Committee watched the live broadcast of the conference.
During the live broadcast, all party officials, teachers and students, party members and active applicants of the school party committee listened carefully to Xi’s speech.
