GUST and Siemens Digital Industries Software(Shanghai) held a solemn signing ceremony and signed a cooperation agreement on the establishment of the Academy of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry on the morning of Sept. 7.
A total of more than 300 people participated in this event and witnessed this important moment together, including Wang Wenhua, the Vice President in Greater China of Siemens Digital Industries Software(Shanghai), Ye Bo, the General Manager of SHRIS, Wang Banghua, the Manager of Guangdong Youke Technology Co., Ltd.,Liang Ruixiong, the President of GUST, Wu Nianxiang, the Secretary of the School Party Committee of GUST, Zhou Er’yong, the Executive Vice President of GUST, Liu Xi, the Vice President of GUST, Gao Junguo, the Dean of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The signing ceremony was presided over by Li Cai, the Vice President of GUST.
The establishment of the Academy of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry in GUST marks a big step forward for GUST on the road of school-enterprise cooperation and education. GUST will continue to deepen the cooperation with Siemens, strive to build a model and benchmark for the construction of the industrial academy, continuously improve the quality of talent training, and make positive contributions to regional economic and social development, especially the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
