The Organizing Committee of the 2021 National Undergraduate Electronic Design Competition announced the list of the winners recently. The participating students of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of GUST won 1 second prize and 1 third prize, GUST’s best record in this event.
The National Undergraduate Electronic Design Competition is recognized as one of the most authoritative and influential subject competitions among universities and colleges in China, in which participating teams need to go through various levels of competition before they reach the finals. According to statistics, nearly 60,000 university and college students from around 19,000 participating teams of more than 1,000 colleges and universities across the country signed up for the competition this year. A number of instructors from the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of GUST, including Chen Degen, Tan Hanhong and Fu Cuo, spent weekday evenings and weekends in pre-competition counseling and technical guidance for the participating students.
