GUST held its 2022 Spring Semester Faculty Conference successfully on the morning of Feb. 18. Liang Ruixiong, President of GUST, Wu Nianxiang, Secretary of the school party committee, Vice President Wu Liping, Vice President Liu Zhiyang, Vice President Chen Biaoxin, Vice President Sun Jian, Vice President Li Cai, Vice President Zhao Huihua, Bi Huidong, Deputy Secretary of the school party committee and assistant of president, university administrations, and over 1,500 faculties attended the conference presided over by Vice President Zhao Huihua. One main conference venue in the library lecture hall of the Nancheng Campus and eleven branch venues in the Nancheng Campus and the Songshan Lake Campus were arranged.
At the conference, Secretary of the school party committee Wu Nianxiang announced the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Faculties of GUST in 2021"; President Liang Ruixiong delivered the Work Report of GUST in 2021, in which he gave a comprehensive summary of the achievements made in 2021 and deployed the main work of the university to be completed in 2022 from 9 aspects; Vice President Zhao Huihua made a report on the key administration tasks for the university in the 2022 spring semester.
