The Office of the Leading Group of Guangdong Education Science Planning of the Department of Education of Guangdong province recently announced the list of projects which have been formally approved, including two projects applied for by the faculty staff of GUST, namely the "Research on the ‘OPA-WQV’ Education Model of Intelligent Party Construction in Higher Education in the New Era" conducted by Wu Nianxiang, the provincial government supervisor and secretary of the Party Committee of GUST, and "Research on the Participation of the Party in Decision-making & Supervision Mechanism of Guangdong Private Universities & Colleges" conducted by Bi Huidong, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of GUST. The Party Committee of GUST will strive to transform the research results of party construction into a powerful driving force to promote the high-quality development of GUST.
