The signing ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation agreement between GUST and Zhongtian Lianke International Information Industry Park was held in the Zhongtian Lianke Industrial Park on the afternoon of October 25th. The two sides reached an agreement on carrying out multi-level and multi-form talent training cooperation, and decided to set up a "Employment and Practice Base for College and University Students" in Zhongtian Lianke a "Talent Training Base" at GUST. Chen Biaoxin, Vice President of GUST, Xie Li, director of the Employment Guidance Center and deans of the secondary colleges of GUST, Yao Chuanwen, Deputy General Manager of Zhongtian Lianke International Information Industry Park Group and Project General Manager as well as representatives of enterprises also attended the signing ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, Deputy General Manager Yao Chuanwen said that colleges and universities, as a “center of human resources”, need to set a targeted talent training mode that meets the market need. Through this school-enterprise cooperation with GUST, Zhongtian Lianke will utilize it as a significant way to transport talents, train specialized talents and scientific research technology for enterprises in the industrial park. It is conducive to establish a stable cooperation mode of production, education and research to realize the all-win mode for colleges and universities, the industrial park as well as enterprises.
Vice President Chen Biaoxin expressed that leaders of GUST attach great significance as well as expectations to the cooperation with the industrial park. He said that GUST, based on the economic development of the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), will integrate the needs of enterprises deeply. It is hoped that the Zhongtian Lianke International Information Industry Park will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in personnel training, practical teaching, internship and employment, and entrepreneurship to jointly cultivate applied talents with high quality.
It is known that the Zhongtian Lianke International Information Industry Park is an upgraded demonstration industrial park supported by the government of Dongguan City and is committed to building a demonstration park with integrated development of technology, finance as well as industry.
