About Krirk University
Krirk University (KRU) is a key institution recommended by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) for study abroad programs. Located in Bangkok, Thailand, the university was founded in 1952 by Dr. Krirk Mangalabruks, a renowned educator both in Thailand and abroad. It is the earliest private university founded in Thailand, and the only one with a strong political communications college.

Program introduction
Fifteen students from different colleges of GUST were sent for a visit to Dhurakij Pundit University in Thailand during the winter vacation of 2018. In the Spring of 2019, GUST will continue with the popular short-term visits to Thailand in response to the “Belt and Road Initiative” to enhance students’ vision of international exchanges, understanding of cultures and education in countries along the “Belt and Road”, and strengthen ties between Chinese and Thai college students.
Note: Parents of participating students and teachers of GUST can also register for the visit.
About the program
Content: basic Thai language course, quality professional course, etiquette training class, Thai dance class, visits to famous cultural and scenic spots and on-site teaching sessions
Time: May 3-9, 2019
Cost: RMB 2,700/person
Fees include: courses, visa, accommodation, insurance, airport pick-up and drop-off, tour guide of outdoor activity bus, dinner, and admission tickets to scenic attractions included in the itinerary.
Fees do not include: flight ticket, local telephone card, meals, and personal expense (Note: campus single meal rate ca. RMB 10)
