Department of Human Resources, under the leadership of the Board of Directors of Nanbo Group as well as Guangdong University of Science and Technology (GUST), is an administration department which is responsible for the research and formulation of the personnel policy, including the recruitment, selection and training of the talent, the employment of staff, the deployment of personnel, the training and construction of teaching staff, the staffing management, the personnel agent system management, the assessment, reward and punishment, resignation, dismissal, salary and allowance of personnel, labor insurance and benefits, job appointment and evaluation of technical jobs, the management of personnel information and statistical reports, development of human resources and exchange services for talents. There are three offices in this department, namely the Office of Administration of Teachers, the Office of Labor and the Office of Archives.
